Dealing with discrepancies in the RTB environment is not a big deal, particularly with our granular reports that keep a note of lost bids as well as that of won impressions. Ideally, there should be least possible discrepancies between our reported numbers and a client’s ad server numbers. In the unlikely event that there are discrepancies, we will work with you to sort out the technical issues and make best efforts to reconcile. Under such critical events, we ensure to pause the campaign and deal with the discrepancies first.
